Bonus Terms & Conditions

General provisions

These Bonus Terms govern all Betroller promotions. By participating you agree to be bound by these terms. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and any promotion specific terms, the promotion specific terms prevail.

Eligibility and account integrity

Betroller permits one account per individual and per household. Only one active bonus may be held at a time. Accounts, IP addresses, devices, payment methods and email addresses used to claim promotions are monitored for duplicates. Creation of multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings and termination of the affected accounts at Betroller’s sole discretion.

• Shared devices or networks may be treated as shared environments; all participants must comply with these terms

Activation and eligibility

Bonuses must be activated before making a deposit. Activation occurs by selecting the desired offer in the Wallet. For the Welcome Package, the player must select the four deposit bonuses in advance to participate. A deposit must be real money funded to qualify; funds moved from other promotions do not activate new promotions.

Wagering requirements and period

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement is 40 times the total bonus amount. Free spin winnings are subject to 40 times wagering. Wagering obligations commence once the bonus is activated. The maximum bet permitted when a bonus is active is 5 EUR (or equivalent).

Contributions by game type

When wagering with an active bonus, contributions are applied as follows: Slots and Keno contribute 100% of the bet amount toward wagering; Table games, Video poker and Craps contribute 0%; Live Casino and Jackpot games are excluded from wagering while a bonus is active. Some games or rounds may be restricted; if a game is restricted, bets on that game neither progress wagering nor unlock bonus balance.

Balance usage and conversion

During an active bonus, real money is wagered first. Bonus funds are used only after the real balance is exhausted or cannot meet the stake. Upon meeting all wagering requirements, the corresponding portion of the bonus balance is converted to the Real Balance and may be withdrawn. The bonus balance remains non-withdrawable until conversion.

Expiry, cancellation and termination of bonuses

Bonuses have a validity period of 14 days from activation unless stated otherwise. If wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the validity period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings are forfeited. Betroller reserves the right to cancel or revoke bonuses or winnings in cases of suspected irregular activity or bonus abuse.

Withdrawal and no cash terms

No withdrawal may be made from the bonus balance prior to meeting wagering requirements. If you request a withdrawal before satisfying wagering, the bonus balance is forfeited, and you may only withdraw the funds in your Real Balance. The maximum payout attributable to a bonus is capped at 10 times the bonus amount. Free spins winnings have a separate cap of 250 EUR unless stated otherwise.

No Deposit Bonus terms

No Deposit offers carry a maximum payout of 150 EUR or currency equivalent. KYC verification may be required prior to payout for No Deposit bonuses. Some jurisdictions are not eligible for No Deposit offers. The terms of any No Deposit bonus apply in addition to these general terms.

Welcome Package terms

The Welcome Package consists of four deposit bonuses available on the first four player deposits. To participate, select the welcome bonuses in the Wallet before making each deposit. The components are as follows:

• First deposit: 100% bonus up to 500 EUR plus 180 Free Spins. Free Spins are awarded as 20 per day over 9 days, with immediate credit of the first 20 spins upon successful deposit.
• Second deposit: 125% bonus up to 300 EUR.
• Third deposit: 75% bonus up to 300 EUR.
• Fourth deposit: 100% bonus up to 400 EUR plus 60 Free Spins. Free Spins are awarded as 20 per day over 3 days.

Wagering requirements for Welcome Package bonuses are 40 times the bonus amount and 40 times the winnings from Free Spins. The Welcome Package bonuses are not stackable with each other; only one bonus can be active at a time, and each deposit is treated in the order of activation. The standard 40x wagering applies to the bonus portion; Free Spins winnings are subject to 40x wagering as described, and all other terms apply as described in these Bonus Terms.

Amendments, jurisdiction and dispute resolution

Betroller reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any bonus offer at its sole discretion. Any changes will apply to active bonuses only if stated in the new terms. The terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Betroller operates and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate forum as determined by Betroller.
